The following incidents have been included in this section in order to educate Aquatic Facility Managers, Lifeguard Instructors and Lifeguard Supervisors about the hazards and risks associated with aquatic facilities. It is our hope that this information can be transmitted to Lifeguard Personnel and Facility Operators in order for them to realize the consequences that may occur when the Standard of Care is not maintained during the operation of an aquatic facility.
