I was one of the Douglas Aquatics managers at the seminar on July 1st, I just wanted to write and say that I think your seminar was amazing, I have always taken the job very seriously but some of the stories that both me and my assistant manager were able to relay to our staff I think made a huge difference in how they see the job now. Tonight we met with four fire fighters and it went great. Being able to work together and run through a few practice situations gave everyone (lifeguards and fire fighters) more confidence, both in themselves and in eachother. Without your seminar we probably would have never met with them, and it was a wonderful experience.
