Cancellation and Refund Policy
Space is limited in all Lifesaving Resources' training programs.  Therefore, payment (via check or credit card) or an agency purchase order is required in advance.  Your fee is refundable - less a 15% administrative processing fee if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course or seminar date.  Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing via Mail, Fax or E-mail.  Please be sure you receive a confirmation of cancellation in return.  Cancellation notifications less than 7 days prior to the course or seminar date will result in forfeiture of the tuition fee.  Substitutes are welcome.  Lifesaving Resources reserves the right to cancel any scheduled seminar due to insufficient registrations.
