Steve Marshall
Steve is the Senior Assistant Instructor for Lifesaving Resources' Ice Rescue Technician courses. He is the Chief of the Washington (New Hampshire) Police Department, and has been a police officer in NH for nearly 25 years, serving with the Claremont, Alton, and Sunapee Police Departments.
Steve is a Captain/EMT-I with the Sunapee (New Hampshire) Fire Department and serves as an adjunct instructor for the New London EMS Department teaching EMT and CPR classes as well as an EMT on the hospital-based ambulance service. Steve has been a nationally and NH licensed EMT for 25 years. He has a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Plymouth State College. Steve also holds certifications as a PADI SCUBA diver, National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care, is aNH level III Professional Emergency Manager designation, as well as the FEMA Emergency Management Professional Development Series. He has recently been awarded the NH Congressional Law Enforcement Award. Steve has been married for over 23 years, and has two daughters and 2 grandchildren. For fun, he enjoys ice hockey, skiing and camping.
